The smell was horrible in the lobby by the elevators and inside the rooms. I asked to switch rooms and the second room had a horrible smell too. They had a sign if you wanted shampoo, you had to go downstairs and ask but when we did, they were out. I had to go to Smart & Final. Horrible experience. Called day before reservation to add a bed. Arrived at midnight night of reservation with 95 year old Mom and room was not ready. Cleaning lady took us into a filthy room. Proceeded to strip bed pick up dirty towels. We made the bed with sheets and blankets she brought in. Room was very dirty as floors needed to be washed and everything else

The room was clean, but the hallway had a smell and also there was crumbs and garbage in the hallway and then the room they was no shampoo . I did go see if they had any in the front lobby, but they say they were out.
