Dirty and smells!

Definitely a miss. Per the front desk in a mean, loud voice, "this is an extended stay, not a regular hotel". They only clean the rooms once every 8 days or once every 5 days, depending on who you ask & they don't even empty your trash. If you ask for ackean set of towels, prepare yourself for an attitude & don't expect them to bring them to your room. I was bitten by bed bugs and got no sleep. Sheet was dirty on bed

There was no WiFi coverage in my room. I talked to the person at the front desk, who was dismissive. He eventually said he would have someone check it out the next day, but never did. I wanted to buy food from the vending machines. They had card readers that didn’t work. The person at the front desk said they usually don’t work and to use coins (which I didn’t have). Strong smell of smoke in the halls and elevator.

Damaged countertop, damaged bathroom door with hole, carpet stains, terrible internet connectivity, dirty bath towels
