The receptionist tried to make me pay again for my reservation despite the fact that I’ve already paid online. and she held me up for an hour until she realized her mistake

Opened on of the drawers in the kitchen and it had bread crumbs and mouse droppings. I did not report it to the front desk, just wanted out ASAP.

No ice machine and free breakfast was advertised. It was free coffee and a packaged muffin or fig bar. Wewent to get coffee at 8am, the coffee was empty and no one was around . We waited 10 minutes, gave up and left.

For what I paid this place should of offered me much better service, breakfast, and a clean room that did not smell like old fryer grease. The front desk people were nice when they were available at the front desk. My room was way over priced and I would like a partial refund!
