Asked for more pillows none were given. The staff was never available- I had to wait 30 Minutes at night to get back into my room because my key card has deactivated and no one was in the front desk .

Bad experience The people working the front desk the day I checked in were unhelpful and dismissive. They also never seemed to be at the desk whenever I went to ask something. We were promised a smoke-free room and it reeked of smoke and other bad smells the entire weekend.

I have Parkinson's Disease -- walking and standing are difficult for me. I reserved an accessible room. When I got to the hotel, I was told there were no accessible rooms, despite the fact that my reservation promised one. After too many minutes at the reception desk, I gave up and agreed to take a non-accessible room. Well, it turned out that that room was quite a long walk from the front desk, which was hard for me. The location is great but the property is in serious need of an upgrade. Our room had peeling countertops, stained carpet and chairs, and the mattress was dirty and very uncomfortable. The heater is very noisy. I would not stay here again and do not recommend.

I called around 9:30pm the night of my reservation and spoke to an individual to confirm it was ok to check in after 10pm. This individual even asked me my name and looked up my reservation and told me it was no problem to check in after 10. I get there around 10:15 and the person at the front desk then proceeds to tell me that actually, they cannot honor my reservation as they are fully booked.
