Horrible place, dirty and disgusting! Never ever coming back to this place...there is absolutely no customer service what so ever! Horrible experience, will not recommend!

Not the best place to stay The wome ath the front desk was very friendly. The room was over over priced. Immediately couod smell pot the minute we walked in. Ran to walmart to purchase deodorizer. The sheets were not friendly to the skin. The sheets also looked like they have been in used for 20+ yrs. Very dingy. Bathroom floor had a tonail clipping..guess they never vacuumed. Ladt time we had a complaint at hotel nothing was done so i dont even both complaining anymore to the front desk. Tv super small considering. Limited ... read more

Ghetto. Pot smoke smell in hallways. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Old and not maintained well. Cleaning lacks to be desired as well.

Low Value Unfortunately, this was the only hotel available in the area for a sports tournament. It is definitely a lower value hotel and shows its age and wear very clearly. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, it did not looked vacuumed, there was hair in the bathtub, the towels did not smell fresh and the room smelled very stale. Would recommend splurging on a higher value place in the area.

Asked for early check in and told room would be available - it was not & hotel did not care. No one was at front desk to greet us. Poor 1st impression. No extra pillows or blankets in room. Free breakfast was coffee and granola bars - very disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel & will not stay here again.

This was the only available hotel in the area and they took full advantage. I knew not to expect much from what should be a budget-friendly hotel, but the price was just as much as our nice hotel stay in Manhattan and the service and room amenities were horrible.

Overpriced for what I paid. Looked like an older property in need of a refresh.
