The rooms were not clean. Bugs in our bathroom, people hanging out at night outside in the parking lot smoking and drinking.

Property appeared to be in poor shape, lacking attention and care. Halls were dingy much in need of refurburation, new lighting, etc. Staff were not very attentive.

The attendant that checked us in was very nice. There were obvious problems with people using drugs on the premises.

Room full of roaches !!! Disgusting

Our pest control provider does service our hotel on a routine basis. However, we will address this with them to guarantee any future issues. Computer issues at check in took more than 10 minutes to resolve, multiple attempts by clerk who seemed under-trained and overwhelmed. Noisy guests who let doors slam shut. Facility has tired decor, room had carpet one would not want to walk barefoot on - stuff that looked like tar or gum ground in. Lamp missing light bulb. No coffee set up in room. Noisy old fridge. Wouldn't stay there except for last resort.
