I arrived to no one at the front desk. I called out for assistance. Finally a clerk showed up to say “the room(s) are not ready. They are not cleaned yet. I don’t have enough staff. Sorry for the inconvenience.” The hotel front area smelled like someone was smoking weed! Suffice it to say, I was not happy. I canceled my reservation on the spot with the manager. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nothing here to like, the kitchen wasn't equipped at all...overall the place was drab and sticky. They say they're pet friendly for $30/ day...for my week stay i paid well over $200 extra for a yucky place. The Marriott charges a flat fee.

the room was dirty holes in was blinds would not close. i left my iPad in the room. i called them to get it they had it but have been giving me the run around for me to get it. when i finally got it it was in a bag next to the garbage was smashed and bent. absolutely ridiculous. now they are still giving me the run around.

Wood floors were cold and sticky. The hallway smelled of urine. Price was good but that was it

Whenever I’m going to Connecticut, I always reserve in this hotel. However, this time I had a bad experience, the room wasn’t clean, the sheets were dirty. I left early in the morning, I couldn’t leave over the night because I was tired. When I got up in the morning, I left. I didn’t like it at all. I should have took pictures.

In all my years of traveling, this is likely the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. I tried to find another place immediately upon entering the room. Everything was booked on such short notice. I was absolutely stuck in this dirty room with a thick cake of soap scum in the tub and soap dish. The clerk downstairs told me they only replace the towels every eight days. I went out to walk my puppy and encountered people living out of their cars in the parking lot, people living in the woods and some of the scariest loo... read more

Refund will be great We wasn’t happy with our stay at that hotel, we stayed only one night we checked out early cuz it was to noisy and the staffs are horrible. We could sleep in cause the noisy was to loud, staff cleaning and loud talking. We checked in on the 3rd after 11pm and checked out and came back NYC after 2pm that day. Wasted money for this trip, staff told us we have to pay a fee same amount as the room to check out, so we handed her the key-cards and left, how stay was from the 3 to the 5 and never happened. Unpleasant. It was not a nice place and the staff was not pleasant. We left early and forfeited our prepaid reservation just to upgrade to a hotel up the street. Felt unsafe, hallways smelled bad and staff were not nice. I would not recomment.
