The outside the building was clean and well kept, I was very happy when I enter the lobby area was also clean and neat. I Arrived about noon and was formed that there be a $25 up charge because I was there before 3 o’clock then I was told that they couldn’t get the up charge to work, so it was my lucky day and should give them a good review. Next was the free Wi-Fi that was advertised, turns out you could send or receive a email at the bandwidth but nothing more an that it would be an additional six dollars a day extra, just... read more

This hotel is next to the Oakland Raiders HQ. So that means 1. many of the team live there during the season and 2. Don't expect the management to hold your reservation even when given instructions as to arrival time. Arrived after midnight at Oakland International and arrived at the hotel at 12:30 to find out I have no room. Drove till 3 am in the morning to find a room. So don't choose pay at the hotel option. Then again, think twice about staying anywhere in Oakland.

Not what I expected. Our room was not cleaned upon arrival. There was a fake nail found on the floor. Sticky tables.

The best thing about this place was the low price. I got what I paid for. I asked for drinking glasses and eating utensils, I had to go to the front desk to get them. The residents were, well lets just say I won't stay here again.

well listening o airplanes all night wasn't great . Full kitchen , no dishes , cups, plates, pans, first night there they didn't have extra blankets , then they said they only clean rooms once a week and if we wanted it cleaned we would have to pay then turned in five towels to get clean ones and they only had three . very poor managment , very poor hotel will never stay again

Filthy Stay Our room was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The room had a strong odor and I had to open all windows to try to air it out. I took pictures to make sure we weren't charged for anything that was already filthy (stains on carpet, stove top with food, dirty toilet). I called the front desk and spoke to Tika who was lovely but didn't have another room to offer me and she apologized. I would never stay at this Extended Stay again.
