There was no air in our room kept getting lied to the 1st night then the 2nd night it was replaced

Disgusting The bedding in my room was absolutely disgusting. There were blood, makeup, and what seems to be urine (yellow) stains on the top and fitted sheets. There are also two cigarette burns on the comforter/coverlet and what looks like a FOOTPRINT in the middle of the bed on the fitted sheet. I called down to the front desk to request someone to change the bedding. Never again The sofa bed was stained, the hallways never cleaned, they tooks towels out of the room and didn’t leave clean ones. I have stayed at extended hotels before this was the worse. And no dishes or cups in the room. Went to ask for cups, and was told they ran out. Never again.

Bad Experiance I truly wasn't impressed. The room was smoked in. They never offered to change my room. There was crumbs and dirt on the couch and chair. I am traveling to Oakland two to three times a year. Wont use them again

Worst place. When I checked in the front desk the lady was really friendly and nice. We book a room for 3 people, which included a kings size bed and sofa. When we got to the hotel their was no sheets for the sofa. When ask for the bed covers, sheets and pillows, they mention they were out of pillows! A hotel out of pillows. Next room was having a party and where supper loud. The nightmare began after checkout when I was charged extra $200d. Worst place ever Ok so I stayed 3 days,I didn’t get roomservice they told me they only had house keeping that I had to pay extra,I don’t think they washed their blankets I been itching badly I will never stay there again, their tv also sucks.I got one shampoo and one soap for what I payed it was not worth it,when I asked to speak to a manager they told me there wasn’t any available

Drug deals going on...stay away. Breakfast = granola bars and oatmeal. Coffee and tea. That't it.
