Location was okay, but hard to get into. Hotel is very hidden. Rooms are outdated, our room was suppose to be non-smoking and smelled like an ashtray. Tried to change rooms but none were available. Cleaning in the room was ver minimal. Towels smelled moldy. Will never book here again. Only coffee for breakfast

Expedia booked a room that wasn't available when arrived at the facility the lady behind the desk was not helpful not trained but when she called the manager at home the manager was actually polite and apologized for there not being any rooms available so i had to scramble to find another hotel hopefully my credit card wasn't charged but if so o will be disputing it!

When I initially checked in to the hotel on Friday 7/16 the front desk adv that all the king rooms were already sold out but I paid for a king so I said ok gimme the queen went to the room which was 102 and it was filthy change in the floor in made bed and the smell was nasty so went back to front desk and was given another room to say the least it was not up to par I just dealt with it woke up the next morning to the bathroom randomly flooding overall the hotel was a hot mess and needs a complete redo off staff from the GM ... read more
