I booked online. I get there everything screamed on hell na. For people going in. So i go to check im and there booked. The lady at rhe front desk tells me call expedia. The hold time is more than 4 hours. I just want my money back

UNSANITARY CONDITIONS We received an email 6hrs before check-in that Hotel.com had overbooked them and we did not have a room. We have email with reservation #. We explained were traveling from Texas already on road and this was unacceptable. So after check-in went to a room with brown dirty bathroom tub and toilet which was horrible. The mattress on beds were horrible and there was water leaking from ceiling. Carpet was dirty and furniture very DATED and broken parts. sO WE GOT A ROOM BUT WAS VERY VERY NASTY AND UNSANITARY

Where do I even begin.... Blood on the carpet floor, how’s that for a start? The place was very out-dated. Door lock broken. Only two pillows (barely usable). TV hardly worked. Some plug sockets not usable. Iron and ironing board was useless. Smell of dogs, hearing dogs bark, and seeing dogs around the hotel corridors. The worst part was having a room right next to the exit which was used all day and night. Room 241. The exit door was uncomfortably loud and would slam shut all day and all night.

Noisy air conditioner. Ants in room. Shower head had a stream of water that shot out onto the floor. No blanket on bed. Dirty. Smelly
