Not so good When I stay at a hotel I don't feel like I should have to least ask for shampoos and conditioners only thing the room had with the amenities is bar soap nothing else in the room no ice bucket machine in the in the hotel no blow dryer in the room but the worst that was made my rating so low is there was bed bugs in the sheet and I ended up sleeping in my car the last night I was there. Buyer Beware! I will never stay at an Extended Stay motel. Ever. They canceled my booking after I arrived, said I wouldn’t be charged, did anyway and wouldn’t give a refund.

My room was dirty, not enough towels, room smelled like smoke, there were bugs in the bed.

Disappointed with the overall experience! Room was very under PAR for what was agreed on! Having 2 kids 2 and almost 1, I understand that it takes a bit of planning to make an extended stay comfortable, but this absolutely was the furthest thing from comfortable
