Terrible front desk service, very rude to the point of racism. Stuff was stolen from my room and I decided to leave a day early and was denied a refund for my 7th and final day. 0/5 stars and don't get me started on the drug activity ravaging throughout the entire place. It was complete hell.

Your anonymity makes it difficult to look into the issues, but know that the staff will be spoken to about the entire situation and ways to prevent this going forward.

Took money and did not provide rooms Booked 10+ rooms same day, hotels.com said they were confirmed, no need to call. Employees arrived to hotel and were told rooms were not available and should not have been allowed to be booked. Hotel then told hotels.com employees no-showed and kept full payment. Total scam, do not proceed.

Dog Poop hotel It was the worst place i ever tried to stay at!!! The bathroom's were dirty. Couldnt even take a shower. The whole hotel smelled like cat and dog urine and feces! The first room they put me in had dog feces under the bed!!! There is so much more that was wrong and nasty but i dont have much room left on here but i do have pictures for proof!

The room immediately had an odor upon entering, not sanitary, and also had insects.

I was traumatized,a unknown stranger fired several gun shots in the hallway right infront of my room ..I was in the elevator with the unknown stranger seconds before it happened !!I thank God I made it to my room before it happened !!!
