Never called Show up to check in and i was told i was suppose to be called to tell me they can't accomendate my room. Never called me.

I booked this hotel and when i arrived to check in they were already booked full of rooms even though I had already made reservations. Didn’t end up staying at that hotel and still haven’t received my refund.

I have never put a deposit down when staying at an extended stay location, I was required to give them an additional bank card after I had booked the room using Expedia. There was no toilet paper in the room, the burners in the room didn't work (I chose Extended Stay for the mini kitchen. They were unable to provide any utensils. The bed had two small pillows, when I asked if I could get a few more pillows I was advised that I could not get anything extra which included towels or anything. I reserved a two queen size bed rooms but only thing was available when I got there was a 1 bed room.. I drove from Dallas TX with the level of confront that everything was in place. I was very disappointed when I got there.

We have stayed there before but the services this time was terrible they cannot find my reservation we reserved four rooms once we got our rooms the TV's didn't work in any of the rooms until an hour before it was time for us to check out no shower curtains no soap one room had ants in it dirty towels one of the rooms were supposed to have double beds they had already given it away when we got there the hotel staff was stressed out it was people standing around complaining the whole time because everybody's rooms was wrong

GM need to change her horrible attitude. The hotel would not let us check in at all. Wallet was stolen only had a photocopy of my ID and they did not accept it. Can't get a replacement on such short notice , especially when DMVs are closed due to coronnavirus

Do not stay here Couldn’t check in, no rooms were clean, no employees, dark lobby, one FD employee running around every were, pathetic
