Everything. Veronica was rude. There was no grab & go breakfast! No creamer for my terrible watered down coffee! No dishes or utensils in my kitchenette! No coffee pot!! Bathroom sink was clogged! Said it was as a non smoking facility & it clearly wasn’t!! Let’s see what else?! Too much crap. Don’t go there!!

The facilities in the room are old and not in proper function, and the microwave wasn't in good condition. The breakfast could hardly be breakfast.

NO CABLE TV AND AN OVERDOSE When we first arrived the guy behind the desk was very rude and told us we didn’t have a reservation and that we needed to contact Hotels.com and ask them even though I was showing him my reservation right on my phone with the correct information after about 5 minutes of arguing about it he finally got my reservation pulled up and the whole reason me and my husband chose to stay at this hotel was because of the kitchenette and they didn’t even have any of the dishes they said they did and we had t... read more

I booked the room through Expedia. Expedia showed that there were 4 rooms available. When I got to the hotel an hour later, there were no rooms available and neither the hotel or Expedia did anything to accommodate me for the night. I had to find someplace to stay. NOT HAPPY WITH EXPEDIA OR EXTENDED STAY. Will NEVER use EXPEDIA AGAIN.

Includes kitchens but the hotel does not have it stocked nor does the front desk have any dishes . Also breakfast is grab and go.

I was really disappointed we only were in the room an hour and a half and the power went out. It stayed off for the remainder of the stay. No a/c, no phone, no tv, food in fridge was warm, didn’t get breakfast, bad experience! Was traveling w a child and it was rough to sleep in the heat
