The had broken a/c,broken shower head,wasn't clean good before renting it out...the vent in the bathroom was broken...it was a horrible room.

Terrible stay When checking in the women at the front desk was extremely rude to me and told me to sit down and pointed to a seat. Then once I was told to come back at 3 because I couldn't check in early to my reservation. Once I finally got my key to check into my room it's refrigerator didn't work nor did the AC unit. I asked to be moved to a new room after booking it for 6 days and they told me they couldn't do anything. I'm appalled.

Room smelled like pee & cigarettes. Repeatedly complained about cigarette smoke & it didn’t get solved till the fire department came. Been coming here a while but this is the last time i will be staying. Quality has significantly decreased since my first visit

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!! The hotel overbooked our reservation! Therefore we didn't even get to the stay at the hotel! We even had " a guaranteed reservation", which means absolutely nothing, and had the room reserved, paid in full for over 2 months. We booked with Hotels.com. Service is good. Free WiFi is less than 800kbps. Read that again. 800 kbps!!! Blanket has burn holes. Room is fine. Will have to get lucky for the kitchen goods.
