1. charged $11 to check in 3hrs early, but no refund for checking OUT 3 hrs early! 2. No shampoo in room, no hair dryer, no drinking glasses, no coffee maker (ALL hotel rooms offer that!) 3. cooktop unsafe—burner was broken & no utensils anyway! 4. Dog barking next room. 5. Desk staff unavailable. desk empty most of the time! 6. Continental breakfast was stale muffins (threw it away!), granola bars or instant oatmeal & coffee. No juice or fruit! 7. Many things are broken in this property, bad service, not worth after paying so much money to stay. Never recommend this property. Bad management & service. Breakfast is cheap for all the money. Stay away from this property. No star rating for this property or service.

Boojie Ghetto Our family took our first vacation and this was our first hotel. We checked in late due to having driven to California. Turned the tv on for my toddler and the sound would not play regardless volume, not muted. The bed was horrendous, i barely got any sleep. Decor was modern and misleading but looked nice. The room was very spacious. Our shower was clogged and severely angled down almost like showering on a slope. So grateful it was only one night.

Mucho muy sucio y descuidado, los pasillos apestan. Nunca te hacer el aseo. No siquiera recogen basura, y hay gente vi irndo en el hotel. Gente sin hogar. La atención pésima, el desayuno son barras y café, pero es lo de menos, el hotel apesta a mugre, sábanas y toallas man manchadas, un asco de hotel

The property was unclean to the point of disgusting. Each floor had its own unique odor and greasy feeling. Our room smelled of spoiled food and mold. The corners of the room were gray with mold growth and dust. The floors had layers of greasy dust build up near corners and edges. Everything felt and looked dirty. While the staff was friendly and helpful, we will never stay at this hotel again.

Un Hotel muy sucio y descuidado El hotel está sumamente sucio no limpian la habitación además de que el hotel en general y las habitaciones están en muy malas condiciones, el servicio es muy malo, las almohadas tenían manchas y todo muy viejo; engañan mucho las fotos publicadas.

Bad dirty and no customer service Bad very bad room dirty and horrible. No hot water to take a shower carpet rip up and the seats look like they were taken out of the trash a place In the room… will never go back

The front desk rep, Michael, was super friendly and funny! That was where the good points ended. Our room was dirty, furniture broken, and public areas were dirty and unkept. Room floor had stuff all over it, sticky, dog food, etc. Broken and ripped chair. Freezer had a whole in the bottom (seriously). Lobby and elevator floors had dirt and things all over it.
