You know that saying you get what you pay for! No but this location smells really bad and is run down. Makes you feel unsafe.

The hotel was not only in bad condition, but it was not cleaned well and often. I usually never complain, but this time I had to switch rooms twice. The only good thing about my stay was the staff. They were very understanding and helpful.

The room was poorly furnished, neighbors were inconsiderate and loud at all hours. Upon check in had to wait for almost 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to even check us in.

The person that checked me in had an attitude and was rushing me. I decided to check my room before I went to go get something to eat. I opened the door and it smelled like cigarettes. I booked a non smoking room. Then I went to check the restroom and it looked very dirty like the cleaning person was in a rush. I also notice a few earwigs (pincher bugs) near the sink. 1 Million Minus Stars - DO NOT STAY HERE! It has been over one month and neither Extended Stay America nor Hotels.com have the common courtesy to respond to my 5000 issues. How this hotel is even open is beyond me. There has to be an agency in Anaheim I can discuss my issues.

We went to the front desk twice upon checking in. Once was for the key not working for the room they assigned, then when they gave us the new key and sent us to a different room, that room was already occupied. Third time is a charm, however as we were walking to our room, we passed by a door that had a note from the Sheriff telling them to vacate the property.
