Wouldn’t stay again Customer service was nice and helpful. Room was not great. The floors were so sticky and dirty. You can hear movement in the rooms around and above you. Breakfast is nothing much. We did appreciate the walking distance to the parks.

Over booked Great customer service. The girl at the front desk went above and beyond to help when the hotel over booked the room I paid for. She could have easily just canceled but got me another room at a different sister hotel up the road

Horrible room, non existent breakfast, dirty, moldy room and bathroom, keys that don’t work all the time, just not a very nice place.

I would NOT recommend!! Do NOT stay here!! Exterior is very deceiving!! We paid far too much for the two rooms we received. Staff at check-in was good. Rooms were terrible!! The first room I was given smelled like rotten shellfish, it had black mold all over the walls in the bathroom, the fridge was rusted on the outside, just to name a few issues! First room we had was full of black mold in the bathroom. Hallways stunk, staff were rude and very impatient that we seemed to inconvenience them. We won’t be staying at an Extended stays ever again.
