1 Million Minus Stars - DO NOT STAY HERE! It has been over one month and neither Extended Stay America nor Hotels.com have the common courtesy to respond to my 5000 issues. How this hotel is even open is beyond me. There has to be an agency in Anaheim I can discuss my issues.

We went to the front desk twice upon checking in. Once was for the key not working for the room they assigned, then when they gave us the new key and sent us to a different room, that room was already occupied. Third time is a charm, however as we were walking to our room, we passed by a door that had a note from the Sheriff telling them to vacate the property.
