FALLING APART - STRONG SMELL !! Strong BAD SMELL allover hotel. Despite of the efforts of a hardworking and KIND STAFF, hotel needs proper maintenance (Clean the air conditioning!!!). The property is literally falling apart!! It makes me unhappy to give a bad review, but the owner needs to invest quick or demolish it. The building is crooked, isn’t dangerous?

Mediocre at best Overall, the room was clean enough. For the price, I wasn't expecting greatness. Towels and bedding were worn, and seemed older. We booked the room for the pool and the kitchenette. When we asked, we were told they don't maintain the pool, so it was closed. Also, there was no coffee maker in the room, as stated in the description. Manager would not acknowledge my presence when needing help, she sat there in the office with headphones on. My room was dirty upon entering, pieces of dried dog food all over. Bathroom had a puddles of water from shower dripping nonstop due to being broken. Requested extra towels and never received them. Halls were very filthy, walls in the room had tagging gang mark signs. This facility needs a massive makeover, and management should be changed to have individuals who care about customer service. Horrible front desk attendant Lady at the front desk, the larger set woman was the most mean, unfair and vengeful and spiteful woman we have ever come across for no reason she did not extend our stay. She rudely treated me with bad service at the front desk when I was nothing but generous and nice and kind and calm and patient, she was the worst person I’ve ever interacted with when it came to business or human contact
