I had stayed at this location on my last Disney trip so I decided to go back. I regret my decision. This place has gone down. The hallways smells like old dirty socks, my room was super dirty. The fridge was extremely dirty. The floors were dirty, when I stepped out the shower I could feel all the dirt on my feet. The bathroom curtain was stained. This property is in need of extensive repair. The water in the toilet will not flush. The floor was sticky. The furniture was full of dust. The sink would not drain. Also, the room had terrible smell. Then we get to the free breakfast. Be ready for only soggy oatmeal , when you’re probably waking up for some eggs bacon and pancakes.

Dirty rooms, the whole hotel was smelly, dirty sheets i had them changed, the TV didn't work, hotel was oversold so they put me in a smaller room

Really think about I have stayed at other extended stays and they have always had towels and other stuff available but this one on anaheim never had them and we stayed fir 8days had to wash my own

Worst place ever. Worst experience ever. After being confirmed, paid in full and late check in guaranteed by Caesar and Hotels.com; we arrived at 1am after a 500 mile car trip to be told by Anthony that our room was sold to someone else. No help. Didn't even try to help us. Told us nothing he could do. Nothing like trying to find a room near Disneyland at 1am on a holiday weekend. It's been 4days and I'm still livid and waiting for my full refund.
