Never stay here The entire floor we stayed on smelled of cigarette smoke the entire time. You could tell the cleaning crew lived at the hotel because they left their door to their room open and it gave a very unsafe feeling of drug abuse. Our room was missing a coffee maker and the windows were very dirty. The shower looked very unkept with rust etc. Front desk staff were amazing and professional. Housing homeless Old dingy hotel. Smelled. Weird stains. Breakfast was granola bar and weird muffins. Looked like the hotel was housing homeless. Which is cool, but they should make people aware. My son did not feel safe. Once we were in our room we did not leave unless it was as a group.

I booked 2 rooms- one for myself one for my daughter and grandkids. The hotel wouldn't let her checkin when she arrived earlier than me even though it was 11pm, she had 3 small children and I called to give my verbal ok. Then the two rooms she was given were both dirty- crumpled tissues and hair in the bed- after the 2nd try she asked for a refund and found another hotel. Horrible customer service, had to wait 10 minutes to have someone come to the lobby to help me. Didn't even apologize for the wait super rude like if it was an issue that I needed to check in. He wouldn't let me check in until they had everyone's ID that was staying in the room yet it was midnight. Would not let me use my card on file. Room was not clean, shower had hair, floor was dirty. Heater smelled like it was burning so bad couldn't even keep it on.
