The front desk rep, Michael, was super friendly and funny! That was where the good points ended. Our room was dirty, furniture broken, and public areas were dirty and unkept. Room floor had stuff all over it, sticky, dog food, etc. Broken and ripped chair. Freezer had a whole in the bottom (seriously). Lobby and elevator floors had dirt and things all over it. Arrived with reservations & was told there was no available rooms. Left me and and my family without a stay!

When we arrived at 430, so after checkin, we were given a room. When my son and I entered the room it still had not been cleaned. Dirty linens on the floor, nothing done. We were then ‘upgraded’ to a room with two beds (my son sleeps with my so I got the larger one bedroom for a reason), the beds were way to small in the new room but there were not any other clean or available rooms. Checkin was with a friendly customer service rep. Lobby and all facilities are run down. Cabinets are peeling, lighting is poor. Location is good and staff was good, but this place needs an overhaul. Strongly considered looking for a different place, but it was only for one night.

We liked that we were close to Disneyland which is why we booked here. When we got to our room, the room smelled bad. The countertops were all cracked and didn’t feel safe. When I went to get a towel the whole towel rack fell off the wall. No toiletries were provided. No cleaning or offer to provide clean towels unless you bring the dirty ones down to the front desk. There was a small kitchenette but no pots pans plates or utensils were provided so the kitchenette was useless. We had asked for a set to use but never received... read more

Para mi fue una experiencia decepcionante, no hay personal de limpieza, el trato es muy regular, nadie te hace la limpieza en el cuarto, me vendieron una estadía con desayuno y no hay ni café , muy mal, no me volvería a quedar nunca, y algunos del personal groseros y como si creyeran que te están regalando las cosas , muy mal 👎
