I really tried to have a positive experience at this hotel but it was just bad. The best part we’re the two ladies working the front desk, aside from that everything else was not good. The hotel didn’t feel clean at all, there were homeless people around the parking lot, there was no water in the vending machine, and no basic hotel amenities. Worst customer service , power went out in the hotel , couldn’t even enjoy my stay . Staff was horrible at communicating, and with attitude , Britney sucked!

The hotel was very basic, but also grim and a bit scary. There were holes in the walls, bedding and the chair. There was hair in the shower. A giant cockroach strolled across the lobby

I did not like that I did not get room service in the four days that I was there nor clean towels

Won’t come back! When we arrive there was no hot water we had to leave and come back to the room we had hot water. Management was friendly but did pay a lot for what I got. Floor vinyl panels were coming bofe and bubbling. The bathroom sink and tub were stained and looked dirty. The kitchen cabinets were cleaned but stained .
