Definitely not impressed overall give it 2 stars.. Dirty bloody tissues lobby elevator area there’s no complementary about their breakfast coffee oatmeal or small little muffin. Refrigerator didn’t work

The floor in my room was filthy...it was as if it hadn't been swept or mopped for months. I was afraid to ask housekeeping to come in and fix it because I had 4 lap tops in the room and there wasn't a safe. I didn't feel safe letting anyone in the room. It just didn't feel clean at all. I will NEVER stay there again unfortunately.

Wouldn’t stay again Customer service was nice and helpful. Room was not great. The floors were so sticky and dirty. You can hear movement in the rooms around and above you. Breakfast is nothing much. We did appreciate the walking distance to the parks.

Over booked Great customer service. The girl at the front desk went above and beyond to help when the hotel over booked the room I paid for. She could have easily just canceled but got me another room at a different sister hotel up the road
