Extended Stay America - Anaheim I reported there was bubbles on the ceiling of the shower on the first day; NO repairs were done. The shower enclosure was old and in poor condition. Also, guests should be warned that the facility, ESPECIALLY in the Anaheim Resort area, that the facility is also used to house homeless individuals. I will NEVER stay at an Extend Stay America again

Staff would have improve addressing issues - they are not caring- not worth to stay

First room was was dirty and they put me in another room this one had a sticky floor and smelled bad of cigarette smoke it was late I was tired stayed one night out of two that were booked front desk lady was nice and overwhelmed her boss the manager was offensive do you self a favor and find another hotel

No sleep The refrigerator or freezer was so loud you couldn’t concentrate and it was loud at night no sleep they replaced it the day we left. The front desk people were nice saving grace but the noise late at night by that refrigerator was horrible horrible

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! 9/7/22!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! We are a family of 3. Upon arrival, someone on the phone in the lobby said, “No man, I live here. Just pull up and then leave”. The hallways smell like cigarettes and weed. The room, the floor is very sticky and has a musky smell. I go to put our groceries in the fridge and random breakfast items in the “kitchen.” I realize there are NO POTS, PANS, PLATES, CUPS, UTENSILS… ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Hope for better The location is close to Disneyland. I would say that the lobby and the elevator and the whole entrance need to be cleaned and taken care of. The whole place smells bad. The room smells also bad and it was old. Towels and sheets are old.
