Stay away! The place was less than stellar. The rooms were filthy and need some TLC. I’m not asking for latest and greatest but the floors were black and obviously not cleaned well and I cleaned the counters myself with a Lysol wipe and found it was clean. The bed had obvious signs of not being cleaned thoroughly. We ended up leaving after one day and finding somewhere else to stay because we could tell this place was not a decent hotel. Very old and outdated, room smelled like urine or something, the refrigerator was very old and rusted, the shower head has low pressure and no blow dyer the front desk said they ran out of blow dryers. Once you step off the elevator the hallways just had this old nasty musty smell at least the 3rd did. The phone in the room didnt work.

The pet area was not maintained. No curtesy bags so people left dog droppings everywhere. They should offer these up when checking in if worried about bags being take, no courtesy coffee available to drink throughout the day in the lobby, when asked for a coffee pot we had to come down to get one only to get to the room and find part missing, had to go downstairs again. Shower had large areas that were missing paint.

Had to kill a cockroach. Had to ask for towels. No room service.

Our room was pretty gross. The toilet had urine and maybe fecal matter on the seat and front. One beds sheets had many stains. We weren’t expecting five stars but we were expecting a clean room.
