The staff was friendly, but the facilities was very deceiving. It was dirty, dingy, moldy, and smelled bad. Our room was not clean, the sheets had holes in them and the bathtub was so dirty I wouldn’t go in it with shoes on. I booked this hotel because I thought the reputation of the brand would present a nice facility.

朝、チェックインして荷物をフロントで預け、ディズニーランドへ。 23時にカードキーを受取る為、フロントに行ったが不慣れな夜勤担当者に引継ぎされておらず、受取まで時間を要してしまった。

I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend to family and friends. The refrigerator in the room was making a loud noise. I went to tell the front desk and he told me to turn down the control so the nose could stop. It didn’t work and we had a hard time sleeping. There was no warm water coming out of the shower head. It was a horrible experience at the hotel.

Disappointing Went cheap for a weekend Disney trip and we paid for it. Overall run-down and dirty vibes. Had to switch rooms because AC, TV and Lights didn't work in the one they gave us. New room's door didn't close all the way unless we forced it to. Dog poop and flies constantly around the door outside. Talked with other hotel guests while there and they were upset as well. Spend a little bit more and go somewhere else.

This place was a joke. No shampoo in the rooms. Brown water comes out of the Fossett. No coffee machines.” breakfast included.” again a joke. Breakfast was hot water and instant oatmeal packages.what a ripoff this was.

Not as pictured Um. Well. Traveler beware. This hotel feels more like a hostile. Very dark and cold feeling. The room was very dirty upon arrival. Hair everywhere, in every drawer, the floor, surfaces. You are supplied with a bar of soap… that is it. BREAKFAST… they describe it as grab and go. Day one was packets of oatmeal. Not sure how you grab that and go. Day two a hand full of chocolate muffins and granola bars. They only have one ice machine in the whole hotel.
