The property was unclean to the point of disgusting. Each floor had its own unique odor and greasy feeling. Our room smelled of spoiled food and mold. The corners of the room were gray with mold growth and dust. The floors had layers of greasy dust build up near corners and edges. Everything felt and looked dirty. While the staff was friendly and helpful, we will never stay at this hotel again.

Un Hotel muy sucio y descuidado El hotel está sumamente sucio no limpian la habitación además de que el hotel en general y las habitaciones están en muy malas condiciones, el servicio es muy malo, las almohadas tenían manchas y todo muy viejo; engañan mucho las fotos publicadas.

Bad dirty and no customer service Bad very bad room dirty and horrible. No hot water to take a shower carpet rip up and the seats look like they were taken out of the trash a place In the room… will never go back

The front desk rep, Michael, was super friendly and funny! That was where the good points ended. Our room was dirty, furniture broken, and public areas were dirty and unkept. Room floor had stuff all over it, sticky, dog food, etc. Broken and ripped chair. Freezer had a whole in the bottom (seriously). Lobby and elevator floors had dirt and things all over it. Arrived with reservations & was told there was no available rooms. Left me and and my family without a stay!

When we arrived at 430, so after checkin, we were given a room. When my son and I entered the room it still had not been cleaned. Dirty linens on the floor, nothing done. We were then ‘upgraded’ to a room with two beds (my son sleeps with my so I got the larger one bedroom for a reason), the beds were way to small in the new room but there were not any other clean or available rooms. Checkin was with a friendly customer service rep. Lobby and all facilities are run down. Cabinets are peeling, lighting is poor. Location is good and staff was good, but this place needs an overhaul. Strongly considered looking for a different place, but it was only for one night.
