We liked that we were close to Disneyland which is why we booked here. When we got to our room, the room smelled bad. The countertops were all cracked and didn’t feel safe. When I went to get a towel the whole towel rack fell off the wall. No toiletries were provided. No cleaning or offer to provide clean towels unless you bring the dirty ones down to the front desk. Para mi fue una experiencia decepcionante, no hay personal de limpieza, el trato es muy regular, nadie te hace la limpieza en el cuarto, me vendieron una estadía con desayuno y no hay ni café , muy mal, no me volvería a quedar nunca, y algunos del personal groseros y como si creyeran que te están regalando las cosas , muy mal 👎

Horrible Check In I regret to say that I will never stay here again. I called and asked if I could check in early. I understood thst there is an early check in fee. I was told it was $12. When I arrived they changed the price to $23. After I checked in and paid the $23 I was told I could’ve waited an hour and it would’ve been free. The check in process was horrible. Do NOT stay here. Our locked car was stolen from the parking lot right below our room. Hotel said they had no cameras on that side of the building, but we were in a corner lot. That means that two sides of the building where you park is completely unmonitored. We had other issues as well. Cleanliness: My husband found granola in our sheets our first night. The front desk only supplied two top sheets. There was food and trash on the floor. We wiped the floor to clean up a spill, and the rag was black. I had to wipe out the dr... read more

Stay away If I knew that the hotel was going to smell bad and room was going to be gross I would have never stayed there. Only reason why I did was because all the other hotels were fully booked or way too expansive by then. The bed was hard. The shower was nasty. Dog hairs all over the place. I really wanted a refund. Terrible hotel.
Never again It was very good service but the room was supposed to be no smoking and the room smelled so bad of smoke also there was scratches on all furniture and it was all falling apart the restroom door didnt even close cause it was broken the blakets had burns on it of someone smoking .so nasty and never staying here again
