Was upgraded to a room, that had blood smeared,on the wall, writing on the pictures, and leak underneath the sink. Will never stay again.

I feel so bad writing this because I never complain about anything in the service industry. But I woke up the morning after my first night with cockroaches crawling out of the fridge. And I can’t ignore that. There were other smaller issues of cleanliness as well such as pubic hairs on the toilet and hair bands on the floor. But the staff was exceptionally friendly and kind, so that was the bright spot.

Extended Stay America - Anaheim I reported there was bubbles on the ceiling of the shower on the first day; NO repairs were done. The shower enclosure was old and in poor condition. Also, guests should be warned that the facility, ESPECIALLY in the Anaheim Resort area, that the facility is also used to house homeless individuals. I will NEVER stay at an Extend Stay America again

First room was was dirty and they put me in another room this one had a sticky floor and smelled bad of cigarette smoke it was late I was tired stayed one night out of two that were booked front desk lady was nice and overwhelmed her boss the manager was offensive do you self a favor and find another hotel

No sleep The refrigerator or freezer was so loud you couldn’t concentrate and it was loud at night no sleep they replaced it the day we left. The front desk people were nice saving grace but the noise late at night by that refrigerator was horrible horrible

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! 9/7/22!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! We are a family of 3. Upon arrival, someone on the phone in the lobby said, “No man, I live here. Just pull up and then leave”. The hallways smell like cigarettes and weed. The room, the floor is very sticky and has a musky smell.
