My room smelt like pee. I think somebody previous to me peed on the carpet and it was not cleaned.

PETS making a lot of noise when you about to sleep like an angel, but for some other reason they making loud noise

Staff at the early bird is horrible!!!! He was not able to help with certain things, he was getting very frustrated and started saying how he had a lot of things to do and that he was sick pf this.

The property was not as clean and presentable as other locations. I was very surprised that this location was not up to part, especially being by Disneyland. The pool was dirty. The towels in the room were dirty, forcing me to go purchase my own. Another resident approached us in the lobby to show us bed bugs from her room. I will never stay here again, or recommend anyone to stay!!!!

Waste of money.. trash everywhere This place was horrible trash everywhere.. they don’t offer your hotel to be cleaned only if you stay more then a week so trash and towels pile up.. people were putting there garbage out side so garbage was over flowing and all over parking lot.. there free breakfast was a joke, instant oatmeal and a pastry really? People can bring there dogs so we were awakened by dogs barking.. floors outside of room were so dirty with garbage.. the place smelled .. I will never stay at an extended stay ev... read more

I didn’t like anything about this property the pictures are not recent it’s dirty and smells. The front desk workers had an attitude. They said continental breakfast which was oatmeal packets and hot water. Our phone didn’t work in the room.

Not so good. Breakfast is granola bars or prepackaged muffins and coffee. Rooms had a funny smell, like humid and the room has not been opened in weeks. The kitchen in the rooms have nothing. You have to ask at the desk for everything, for example silverware/cups/pans/toaster. Also the tube drained slow. Good thing is 20min walk to Disneyland and that I got a good rate on the room. Will try a different hotel next time.
