Hope for better The location is close to Disneyland. I would say that the lobby and the elevator and the whole entrance need to be cleaned and taken care of. The whole place smells bad. The room smells also bad and it was old. Towels and sheets are old.

Broke down palace? Hotel room was a little run down. Chipped paint throughout the room and on appliances. Front desk employee was in the back. I stood there for about 10 minutes before she came out to check and then reprimanded me by saying “you could have rang the bell”… the same bell that was hidden on the counter. You wouldn’t have known it was bell button. It was an experience for sure. But not one I would repeat.

Room availability issues We arrived at the hotel to find that the room we booked for 4 thru Hotels.com was not available. They put us in 2 separate rooms which was a hassle. Also they did not have any complementary items as advertised, so we had to go out and purchase them
Es.un hotel que huele a humedad, los cuartos son viejos, la regadera con problemas serios de.drenaje, el cuarto da la sensacion de no higienico...el desayuno como tal no existe...es un mueble con una cafetera y avena y pan dulce...no lo recomiendo...la unica ventaja...buen estacionamiento....el personal es muy amable y la cercania caminando con Disneyland....
