Check in was a 2 hr wait and tell everyone there was going to be a long wait cuz no housekeeping. They turned off the water too Never again I’m staying at this name of hotel Bad service

Uncomfortable bed. Covered in a loud waterproof sheet and rock hard. Room smell was disgusting and breakfast was granola bars and prepackaged muffins

Good luck! Awful stay gave away my room told me to leave no other options, turned me away after prepaying and having a guarantee from hotels.com, after begging them to help they did downgraded to a worse room terrible amenities only point of staying at this for a place to park your car and lay your head and piss. As a bonus the room was nasty toilet stopped up and so did the shower didn’t even drain properly didn’t have daily maid service breakfast was joke only positive is that it’s very close to Disneyland Uber is 5 bucks ... read more
