I booked a one bedroom for one night for a trip to Disneyland. That day at 8:00pm i received a call from the hotel stating they had no reservations for us and we had to relocate. The customer service i received was horrible. People stay someone else and save yourself a bad experience!

Room was dirty and had a weird smell. The bed had hairs under the covers

Room had MW, fridge, 2 burner stovetop. Had to request dishes, cultlery, dishtowels (2 provided), pots and toaster. No dish soap or drainboard. nor can opener. Did not receive instructions from desk clerk as to hotel operations which were different from other hotels; for example, guests have to take their dirty linen to the front desk in order to receive clean linen.
