Door handle fell off the bathroom door. Bed bugs. A bit skeevy.

They cancelled my reservation with no prior confirmation, or previous communication.

Really think about I have stayed at other extended stays and they have always had towels and other stuff available but this one on anaheim never had them and we stayed fir 8days had to wash my own

Worst place ever. Worst experience ever. After being confirmed, paid in full and late check in guaranteed by Caesar and Hotels.com; we arrived at 1am after a 500 mile car trip to be told by Anthony that our room was sold to someone else. No help. Didn't even try to help us. Told us nothing he could do. Nothing like trying to find a room near Disneyland at 1am on a holiday weekend. It's been 4days and I'm still livid and waiting for my full refund.

I’ve been here twice! The second time was a mistake! Check in time is at 3pm when we went to check in they told us they had no rooms ready and took down our name and number and told us they were gonna call us when one was ready. We didn’t receive a call till 5:30pm at this point I was mad cause we were tired, hungry, and had plans to go out in the night time celebrating Valentine’s Day early. Smoking Was placed in handicap room because front desk said hotel was over booked. Our room itself was decent. However, it smelt really really bad like cigarettes. On the door it stated it was a handicap room & no smoking but this room smelt so bad.

Disgusting and overwhelmingly disappointing It was a gross run down hotel There was pee and toilet paper in the toilet upon arrival Druggies and homeless people near the entrance and some made rude disgusting sexual comments about my young daughter I did not feel safe Basic stuff, thin bedding Smelly room Loud neighbors It was absolutely awful

At time of check-in staff was rude and not friendly at all. She was angry for some reason, but at check out a friendly worker checked me out.
