I looked on their website and the rooms were beautiful! I paid for a king size bed non smoking room expecting the pictures online to be what the rooms were and upon arrival was very disappointing. The hotel had food crumbs on the floor and inside the elevator and it just didn’t seem right off the start. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the hotel website and the room reeked of smoke and it was a non smoking room! Tried opening the windows and both were broken and didn’t want to stay open. Don’t even think of staying here not worth the $$ the place was so dirty - I would be so embarrassed to have it on one of the offered choices on my site.

Never stay here The entire floor we stayed on smelled of cigarette smoke the entire time. You could tell the cleaning crew lived at the hotel because they left their door to their room open and it gave a very unsafe feeling of drug abuse. Our room was missing a coffee maker and the windows were very dirty. The shower looked very unkept with rust etc. Front desk staff were amazing and professional. Housing homeless Old dingy hotel. Smelled. Weird stains. Breakfast was granola bar and weird muffins. Looked like the hotel was housing homeless. Which is cool, but they should make people aware. My son did not feel safe. Once we were in our room we did not leave unless it was as a group.

I booked 2 rooms- one for myself one for my daughter and grandkids. The hotel wouldn't let her checkin when she arrived earlier than me even though it was 11pm, she had 3 small children and I called to give my verbal ok. Then the two rooms she was given were both dirty- crumpled tissues and hair in the bed- after the 2nd try she asked for a refund and found another hotel.
