Horrible customer service, had to wait 10 minutes to have someone come to the lobby to help me. Didn't even apologize for the wait super rude like if it was an issue that I needed to check in. He wouldn't let me check in until they had everyone's ID that was staying in the room yet it was midnight. Would not let me use my card on file. Room was not clean, shower had hair, floor was dirty. Heater smelled like it was burning so bad couldn't even keep it on.

There is no available luggage cart to use upon check in. Reception is not very helpful at all. Elevator smells like a smoke. Furniture were dented and scratched. Shower tub were peeling and shower knob is loose. They dont serve breakfast as advertise they said due to "covid" several hotels does on the go breakfast amidst covid precautions. And if you ask for coffee supplies they were very stingy and not accommodating. (Stayed 6/22/21-6/25/21) - unhappy customer.
