Dissatisfied and disappointed The room smelled bad, very bad. It was very noisy at night with people stomping above us, loud voices in the rooms and hallways, and loud noise from outside. Obviously management does not care about your stay other than collecting your money. Disappointing

Receptionist was great. Although walking to the hallway, it smell completely like cigarette, the third floor smell like marijuana. If I were in a casinos hotel. Went with family (w/2 infants) no way was the hallway environment safe for them. One of the rooms the light where dim in the bathroom. Sink was clog. AC was Not working. Had to open up the windows to get fresh air. As a first time client at this hotel...not a great experience.

The carpet in my room was filthy. I had no hair dryer. And had to beg for a coffee maker

This hotel smelled of cigarettes smoke. The 1st room they put us in, i couldn't even go in the room it smelled so bad. They gave us another room, which smelled great the 1st day but by the 3rd day, it too smell of cigarette smoke. We had to wash everything and air our bag out. It was nasty. The window creeen were ripped up. We had no kitchen supplies at all. Not even a coffee maker. Never again
