Hotel was very dirty and smelled like smoke. Our entry door was broken and would not shut properly and upon leaving front staff was not friendly. No ice machines or breakfast. Will not stay at this location again.

Everything about this hotel was dirty. Dirty lobby, elevators, hallways, rooms, and beds.

This place was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed at. I was scared to sleep in the bed. The towels had hair (not mine) on them. NEVER AGAIN!

It is advertised with a kitchen that is not stocked with anything unless you call the desk and ask for it. No coffee pot. Not even a few glasses and ice bucket. The continental breakfast consists of coffee, hot cocoa packets or tea bags (no other drink choices ie orange juice or milk. Good: granola bar, oatmeal packet, prepackaged muffin. No cereal, pastries or fruit. The room had the flattest pillows I have ever seen. I could not get hot water from the bathroom sink and only lukewarm from the shower.
