Bath room tap leaks, Kitchen faucet is loose and kitchen and bath drains are clogged water doesn't go through. Property is not at all clean I complained about clogged drain staff came and said they will come back but never came. Breakfast is a granola bar. they should write in description that Breakfast is coffee and bar so that people know what they are getting.

Got the room for one night to go to a concert in Anaheim CA checked in the room got ready and went to dinner then the concert got back to the room about 11:30pm got ready for bed and pulled the blanket down and moved the pillows and that’s when me wife noticed something on the pillow. Went down to the lobby and first they wanted to give us a new change of blankets and pillows and we told them that that was unacceptable so they finally gave us a new room

es agradable la hubicacion, pero decepciona que las camas sean muy malas, en vez de descansar te cansan pues las bases son muy duras o los colchones no sirven se siente los alambres y truenan , no tienen servicio de limpieza uno mimo debe sacar basura y hacerse cargo, limpian hasta desocupar los cuartos.... se supone que no vas a trabajar, para que andemos limpiando nosotros mismos. y por eso pagamos-

Somente existe serviço de limpeza de quarto pra quem fica 7 dias.Ao solicitar toalhas limpas na recepcao eles somente te dao se voce entregar as usadas. O cafe da manha continental nao existe e é mentira pois apenas eles disponibilizam uma garrafa de cafe que fica na frente da recepcao

The air conditioning unit made loud noises throughout the night. We found an old sock next to the bed and rat poop under a chair. Not happy at all with this room.

I don’t want to stay at that location again. The first room smelled bad and didn’t seem like it was cleaned except for the beds looked alright. Then we got another room which was better but not totally clean counters was better.

Never again We stayed 5 nights, the room smelled really bad. Our clothes had the odor. The carpets in the hall we not frequently clean.
