My phkne it the room wasn't working on the day o got there. Told the front desk and they said they would get someone on it tomorrow. i said ok and if i wasnt in the room, go ahead and go in. I got back to the room the next evening and it still didnt work and they said they would have to check it the next day. Very frustrating but the staff was very kind

Cleanliness bad, rusty Hair tangled towels, no kitchen ware room looks very different from picture. No break fast, cereal bar only.

It’s a poor build building,we could hear every single steps people were upstairs,it didn’t bother us,but people downstairs complaint about our steps and staff did called us from the early morning,that we were very load last night,we was abused with banging from downstairs and complaining calls from staff all week!! Newer again! And we were only 2people ,they accused us we having running kids,so big No if you thinking to go with kids!!

Room was dirty. There were smashed cookies underneath the bed, there was trash in the fridge and the shower hadn't been cleaned. There were hairs all over the walls of the shower. When talked to the front desk person showed her pictures that we took and we were told there were not any other rooms and housekeeping was gone for the day. They said they would send someone first thing in the morning, never heard from anyone. Terrible experience.

The entire building seems mis-managed, especially with respect to cleanliness. I tried several rooms which had significant odor. Musty, smokey, body odor type of odor. No smell of clean. Seems like what happens when a sustained pattern of neglect takes hold.
