The hotel room looked like it wasn't even cleaned, there way hair all over the wall of the shower. One of the beds had something on the sheets. Like I said didn't look like it was cleaned. Do not stay here.Check in took a while since there was only one person who kept having to answer the phone.

Too expensive, not good breakfast. not service until after 7 days of stay. Definitely I'm not going back to this hotel.

Before making reservations, I called this property and asked if they provide their own shuttle to Disneyland and they said yes. I asked 2 times and the lady said yes. But when we checked in, they said you can pay for the bus pass get bus from outside. Then why the staff member lied??? The room was soo smelly, I think someone vomited on carpet. Bathtub was also clogged. Not going to stay on this property again.

Rooms not kept up well. Hotel smells like smoke. Staff not helpful. Did not enjoy how we were treated.

The location was good. Thats about it. What was bad, the customer service, and cleaness of the rooms and noise level. As we were checking out, the woman in frint was complaning in a good manner to the lady at the front desk [sunday morning of 10/20/19] the employee was rude and the worst attitude. Not an exaggeration! Her problem wasn't resolved which made coming here again much more unlikely and encourage for ppl not to come to this location. There are plenty of hotels around this area we can stay in.

okay The stay was okay ... there was no hot water just barely warm when showering ever and we stood there for 5 nights. Then as far as asking for new clean towels I asked room service as she was outside my room she told me no that I needed to ask front desk. So when I asked front desk they wanted me to walk down and to take all the used towels with me to exchange them. There was no continental breakfast but coffee, two choices of muffins and a breakfast cereal bar?

This property has a lot of potential but falls well short. It’s cheap just like the price. I probably wont stay here again. Even with a great price it doesn’t feel clean. Looks like a hotel they forgot to upgrade 20 years ago

Muy sucio, abandonado y los cuartos muy viejo además que aunque tiene cocina no tiene coffee maker.
