We checked in before midnight but it took 20 minutes to find a front desk worker. We called the many numbers and there were two other people waiting with us for service. The room was neat but not exactly clean. The bathroom had urine on the toilet seat and hairs. Not coming back to this property.

I’m a Travel Agent. To hear how filthy my customer room was. I cannot believe this hotel is on Expedia. The area was terrible, it was not stated that it was an extended stay where homeless and drugs where. I’m so embarrassed. I hope I do not lose a customer.

The rooms smelled bad and didn’t look that clean. On the website it said free breakfast but all you get is a granola bar and a tiny muffin.

The room was ok but it did not have a coffee maker, no shampoo/conditioner, or body cream. For the high price i paid i expectrd those amenities. It was supposed to include breakfast but that consisted of coffee and prepackaged granola bars that were on a small wood cart. No sitting tables at all. They offer a shuttle to disneyland but they charge 5.50 per person. Its better to take an uber. Rented 2 rooms, room # 1 checked in - wet carpet - changed room Room #2 clogged bath tub, had to take shower in soapy, dirty water
