I have to relocate when I check in hotel because they told me the hotel get over book, take about one hour fix the issue

Clean room Excellent staff but horrible service.. For a family of 4 I requested utensils and dishes for the room and I got 1 Pan 2 spoons 2 plates 2 bowls. My kitchen faucet spit out water there was nothing they could do but move me rooms which would take a couple hours.. My bathroom faucet didn’t work the lever would either be super cold or fall due to looseness and burn me so I had to fill up the water cold and then put hot in order to shower with a cup. This hotel is horrible. Wasn’t clean, the walls are paper thin. You hear people in the next room and people in the hallway talking all night and dogs barking in the rooms. It’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel but people were still smoking in the hallway which the smell seeped into the room. Random people walking around the parking lot and hiding in between parked vehicles. I will NEVER stay here again. The night staff, Taylor, was very friendly tho. She alone gets 5 stars. Room there was water leaking and they did not change room. It was too noisy it took two days to get utensils

The front desk girl kept me waiting to check in for 5 min while she was in the back watching a show on her iPad; ‘I’ll be right with you’ as I hear the show in the background and can see her… The room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. All they had done was make the beds. The window was left open and lights on in the bathroom. They said, “I’m so sorry. Hotel was understaffed, check in was painful, room wasn't ready until after 6pm. Someone was walking through the halls with a pitbull. Not recommended
