Staff was by far the best thing here! Our check-in process and our process was super easy and the staff let us know about the free shuttle service to Disney. But I would have to say the cleanliness of the hotel and room was very poor! Our room was unfortunately totally disgusting. There was a leftover razor cover in our shower and I believe there was black mould under the faucet and sink area. The pool was disgusting, trash everywhere and the bottom of the pool was filled with dirt and debris, when I asked the manager the second day we tried to go out there to swim he said he would have somebody come clean it and they usually only come on Thursdays, so we went out there on Wednesday and it was still disgusting, went back on Thursday late afternoon and it was still not cleaned, so my husband spent 45 minutes cleaning out the entire pool

The man at the front desk was nice, we know it was not his fault, but the rooms were filthy, hair, urine, toothpaste, food was everywhere. we ended up booking another hotel shortly after checking in, in the middle of the night.

The breakfast wasn’t a healthy breakfast, the dishes and cookware weren’t what was advertised. The people above us caused loss of sleep for us because of the noise they were making dispite our call to the front desk, our vehicle was messed with. There were no plugs for the sink or tub, the laundry machines stole money from us. Overall I don’t think we will be back.

The Price is good and the Staff was very friendly and courteous - both check-in, during, and check-out. However ... There was hair on the lid of the toilet tank when we first arrived, and bathroom sink counter didn't seem like it was cleaned very well, I was able to clean it off, but there are stains that will not come off.
