Terrible rooms, very outdated and all cabinets had water damage. The microwave and refrigerator looked like they were 50 years olds and very filthy. We didn’t even want to use them. There was only one trash can in the whole suite and it was the one in the bathroom. The hall ways and room smelled like sewer/plumbing issues during our whole stay! Overall a terrible stay. Unfortunately we couldn’t find anything close by to cancel our reservation.

Before booking I searched up the hotel. I should have known better that extended stay meant people live there. The room above us the people were so noisy. Almost sounded like they were throwing a ball around. The complimentary breakfast was just a muffin. Me and my husband only came out for a show at the house of blues. Which location was awesome. We just walked there. Disney is near by too. The bed had stains. Yeah for the price I guess it’s ok because all other hotels in the area were expensive.

Nightmare stay at Extended Stay America in Anaheim There were no clean wash cloths or towels on Saturday, so how could we shower for the day?. And there was a putrid sulfur smell coming from the sink. It was the worst experience. I called corporate customer service to complain and i haven't received a call back. I deserve a refund for my troubles

Floors in the room were dirty, dog hair everywhere, the room smelled weird. Water at shower was orange. Staff was nice.

The good: Ample parking, safe neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, shops, Disneyland, and House of Blues. Coffee in the lobby every morning. The bad: DIRTY ROOMS!!! Towels still had makeup and hair on them from previous guests. There was hair throughout the entire room on the floor. The refrigerator had to be turned off because it made a loud buzzing noise, and the microwave was hardly functioning. Horrible, Room had bugs coming out of every drain. Kitchen area was stained in filth and discolored appliances.The Bathroom itself was another story and to long to get in detail “wear sandals” worst decision of my life don’t trust the pictures very deceiving
