The rooms are spacious with A/C and clean. Located closley to lots of restaurants and other activities. You can request soap, shampoo and towels much like other hotels. Unfortunately you also have to request basic kitchen items like pots pans utensils plates. I requested these items and never received them. The complimentary breakfast is also a joke. They only seem to provide coffee. I got up early expecting some options such as cereals or oatmeal but that wasnt the case.

Quick 2 night trip to Disney with our toddler. Long story short, not the place you want to be with little ones. Room was dirty and had so

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Unfortunately a a few days before my trip, boarding for my dog fell through, so I called ahead of time to ensure I understood their pet policy etc. I explain that while my dogs are not normally noisy, if they hear another dog bark or there’s a loud noise outside of my room, they may bark for a second because that’s what dogs do and I asked if that would be an issue and they assured me that this is common and to be expected at hotels where there are pets allowed. Room was cancelled by hotel without notice My room was cancelled before arrival. I arrived and did not get to stay anywhere because they kept my money. I did not receive a call or anything that my room had been cancelled.

First they gave me a room and when I arrived the room was dirty, there was trash, the bed was unmade. I went down to reception and they gave me another room. When I went up to find the key, it wouldn't open. I went back down to have them change the key and when I finally got to the room, the bed smelled like urine and the kitchen was dirty.

Bring down your towels In order to get more towels, you have to bring your used ones. They will not bring them to you and will not come by to get them. Hotel was close that was best part.

Do NOT stay if you’re traveling with kids I’ll start by saying the staff is great. Friendly, patient and def deserve hazard pay. I picked this hotel last minute after a long Disney day. I put that I was Traveling with an infant. The hotel is a government funded facility that houses homeless people and drug addicts. This is a great program for them and I love that the hotel does that to help get them off the street- it should not have been even on the list as a suggested property when traveling with children.
