Don't Stay Here!! This place isn't a quality hotel. It's filthy right from the go at the hotel lobby. The staff has no etiquette. I couldn't sleep due to zoomies above from what sounded like gang bangers, they wouldn't sit still stomping all night and making crazy noises. I complained twice in the early AM only to receive a "Sorry Lady" and told to report it to the morning staff. Once I reported it to the AM staff, I was told I'd be receiving a refund for that night as I had stayed multiple nights. Haven't received any refun... read more

Disney trip For just staying there for the night it was okay. Wish the walls were soundproof. Our neighbors had their tv on loud all night and could hear them talking.

The room smell and there were Rouches i ask to switch rooms and the gentleman that was in the front said that there was no manager on-property until next day at 7am

No in room coffee, but website says "coffee and tea available in lobby". I feel that claim to be false and/or misleading. Apparently that is only during breakfast hours. Breakfast was instant oatmeal with hot water, coffee and tea.... That's it. Basically nonexistent, not even what I consider a "continental breakfast". Should be embarrassed to say "free grab & go breakfast" on their web page. There are a few other reasons why I won't ever stay here again, but that's the bottom line.. The worst Very disrespectful front desk. They don’t answer the phone. I had recently had surgery needed pillows and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. The next morning the front desk girl was rude not around and ended up having a screaming match with my boyfriend. Very unprofessional.

Book elsewhere We booked 3 rooms. The walls were paper thin. We did not know there were people that lived there full time. They were loud and not desirable as room neighbors. Do not book room 215. The toilet leaked and then neighbor was a full timw resident who liked to yell at her todler. The volume on the tvs do not work either. Im guessing because the walls were paper thin. It was awful and we will not stay there again.

It was noisy and there was a horrible smell all down the hallways . The mattress was so uncomfortable that you could feel the mattress springs
