Where do I begin? First off, I don’t want to speak ill about the young woman working behind the counter as I’m sure the situation was out of her hands, but we checked in at 4:40pm and were told that our room wouldn’t be ready for another hour or so. Around 6pm! Then once in the room, it looked like it had never been cleaned at all. Dirty sink, hair in the drain, stains on the floor, etc. There isn’t even any shampoo in the shower! I am utterly disappointed with this hotel and will never be staying here again.

A terrible stay at Extended Stay nightmare I have stay in many of your property but this one offered nothing - basic at best. Not even a shampoo in bathroom. Also, the bath especially shower was dirty. Wow! What a shocking surprise! Most likely a Motel 6 would have had better and cleaner service. Breakfast, what a joke coffer & a sugar wrap up sweet roll - seriously?!

This hotel was definitely not as described. The showerhead hardly worked. It’s an extended stay so it had stove etc but there was no kind of cooking utensils, or anything at all, like other extended stay hotels.

Today there was a water outage from 9-3 no notice just the night before. Some homeless wandering in the parking lot and people live there with dogs some are quite big so when they bark is quite loud. About 15-20 min walk to Disney
