Cockroaches in the room! Disgusting

Disappointed I observed a medium size roach on the wall 2nd floor hallway. Roach hotel needs upgrade and thorough cleaning

Try something else The room smelled bad. The sheets and towels were not very good. The refridgerator had leftover from a previous guest. The shower turn off, didn't work well. The internet was poor.

Woke up to roaches, killed a total of 5. Mention it to the reception desk and they didn't seem to care. Thank God I was only here for a night 😡

I RESERVED for a queen bed FOR 2/25/23. When I checked in, staff told me that there’s no available room. How did that happen?!!??? As far as I know, when a guest reserves a room and was given a confirmation number it means that a room has been reserved for that guest right???? I should have listened to the reviews…guests reserving and when they check in…voila! No Rooms available!
