The room phone was broken and only 2 towels in the room. Also a lot of drug activity in the parking lot. The guy at the front desk had a attitude covered in tattoos, unfriendly, and unapproachable

ROACHES Bad place to stay, not good customer service and the worst of all full of ROACHES. Not staying there ever again.

We had to checked out of our room. There were cockroaches every where!!!

Not what we signed up for in that area. Dingy hallways, hardly any staff around, keys did not work for the back door so from where we parked had to walk all the way around to the front entrance and found and killed several roaches in our room. Never again will we stay at an Extended Stay America. Spend the extra money and go to a Marriott or Hilton.

Room was so dirty, I decided to not spend the night. Bathroom had roaches and blood stains. I couldn’t imagine what was in the bed sheets.
