The place had people that live there . Cars outside on blocks .people sitting on the curbs and hanging g in parking lot . Did not feel safe or safe about car sitting out side . Saw a roach in the room was not happy about that at all on last day .

Staff was never at the front desk. Waited 20 minutes for them to show up so I could check in. Room was dirty and so were the bath towels.

Said breakfast included, actually nothing! Never will stay there any more

Waited 45 minutes in the lobby to get checked in because their system was down. I was given a room and told it was ready. Once entering the room, it smelled like smoke there air condition was set at 62 which made it very cold. My wife went to brush her teeth in the bathroom, found hair in the tub toothpaste and make up on the counter. She noticed a blood stain on the bottom of the sink door, the floor in the room was dirty and we pulled back to sheets to find out that we didn’t have clean linen. Will not stay here again I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Although the staff were friendly and courteous, I will not be staying at this hotel again. The refrigerator in the room was not cleaned out and food from prior guest was remaining. Also, what appeared to be juvenile cockroaches ran across both the kitchenette counter and the bathroom counter.

There were bugs in the bathroom, that didn't show up till late at night. The shower curtain was dirty, didn't see that until the morning. The hallways are stained and you can tell people live there full-time.

The floors smelled like urine, the curtains had blood stains, the hair dryer was broken, housekeeping didn’t come to our room at all, the hallways reeked of marijuana, there was someone severely on drugs shouting at 4:00 am and lasted about an hour before I had to call the police, feces in the elevator, nobody at the front desk when I tried to check out, waited for 5 minutes before I called the front desk and they finally came out.
